Problem updating

Has anyone experienced this before and can they help us resolve this?

We're not really able to use Sonos because of this as we need to have a PC on to control it.

I decided to manually download the generic driver, and after a (long) while searching for it, I thought I'd found it.

It said that it was compatible for laptops with an Intel Celeron 1017U processor with Intel HD Graphics. It gave me this message, "This installation package is not supported by this processor type." I have tried: Uninstalling the OEM driver, and manually installing the generic driver.
